Executive Director/CEO

I believe in the cycle of good generating good.
I believe in people helping other people get back on their feet; in a community caring about its residents having access to the basic needs of food, clothing, and affordable housing; and in having the expectation that people who need help give back when they get back on their feet.

Shout out to Carol with Vervana, specialists in spices, infused oils, sauces, and pasta. This week, they gave MACC a fantastic donation of red lentil pasta, arrabbiata sauces, and artichoke risotto packaged in retail for our families to enjoy! As a part of the Manchester Women’s Club, Carol is always taking care of our families and meeting their emergency needs.

Thank you to the Community “Y” Recreational Center for hosting multiple free yoga classes and collecting non-perishable food to benefit the MACC Food Pantry. Don’t miss your last chance to join this class led by Barbara Titus, Yoga Instructor, on Friday, November 18, from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. A donation of a non-perishable food item, toiletry, or cleaning item is appreciated.

Are you aware that nearly 1 in 500 Americans are homeless, mainly on the West Coast and in the Northeast, according to estimates in a 2021 study? One of the fastest forms of homelessness is in what is now called “Vehicle Residency.” Individuals, couples, and families live out of their vehicles as an alternative to the unattainable housing costs nationwide.
