 News from our Food Pantry

ATTENTION!! The Knights of Columbus Council #1155 are sponsoring a drive-by-food drive for MACC Charities! They will be collecting non-perishable food items and monetary donations on SATURDAY, MARCH 13TH 2021. Location at St James parking lot, 896 Main Street Manchester, CT. between the hours of 9 am and 12pm. Please place your donations in your trunk for contactless drop off!

Grab your family and Friends.  There’s a Drive –Thru Pancake Breakfast at Bolton Congregational Church (228 Bolton Center Road). Saturday, March 27th 9:00 am – 12:00pm to support “MACC”. For your free will donation, you will receive a delicious to-go container of pancakes and sausage & coffee- tea- hot chocolate or orange juice.

Come Join Rebuilding’s Volunteer Crew for National Rebuilding Day, Saturday, April 24, 2021. All projects will be outside performing routine yard work, painting decks, cleaning and organizing outdoor material etc. All volunteers will be required to sign up, practice social distancing and wear personal protective Equipment. Got Clothes? Community Threads is looking for your gently used spring and summer clothes. We are open Monday – Saturday from 10am – 2pm. During hours of operation, items can be brought into the store. Use the bin outside the door if donating during off hours. Bin full? PLEASE no dumping, come visit to drop and shop when we are open!

Outreach Case Worker

Raise your hand if you’re sure… you applied your deodorant today!! Spring is right around the corner and Outreach is looking for men and women’s deodorant, wash wipes, body wash, and laundry detergent. Each week we meet with those we serve for basic hygiene showers. Guests are provided with everything they need to wash/dry a load of clothes too.
