News from our Food Pantry
MACC Charites would like to thank the community for all the wonderful donations MACC has received during this difficult time. When thinking about donations, please remember that we have many families with children that eat the typical children’s favorites, such as:
- Macaroni and cheese
- Spaghettios
- Cereal
- Fresh fruits
- Individually wrapped snacks like granola bars
- Fruit cups
- And fruit snacks etc.
Beth Stafford
Executive Director/CEO
Today, a MACC guest walked by the pantry and after we greeted each other, I said “how are you doing?” He replied, “I am corona free, so I am great!” Simple gratitude, I thought. His words made we want to focus on the things that are right with life just now. Let’s encourage others today, Stay home if you can.
Shannon Baldassario
Director of Services
During a pantry session I hear, “Shannon!!” I turned to the direction of the voice shouting my name. The woman smiled and said;
“I want to thank you and everyone here who continues to help me and everyone in need, and it is because of you that we continue to have food in our homes for our families to eat.”
Chef Ferdinand Cruz
Chef MACC Kitchen
In MACC’s Community Kitchen I have come to realize how important being “essential” truly is. Between first responders, Doctors, nurses, grocery store attendants, and our team here at MACC. We all share the same passion & dedication in providing the essential services that people need. I applaud all those who wake up every morning and sacrifice the need for others.

Operations Assistant
“Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much!” The Volunteers at MACC are a group of wonderful people that come in daily to make sure that our community is fed. Together staff and volunteers work side by side to ensure the departments run smoothly and safely. Thank you everyone for all the hard work you do!!
