Phil Leggett

Pantry Manager

Francis, one of our volunteers, brought laughter and joy to the MACC campus. Francis had a Santa suit at home gathering dust in his closet. He decided, this year, he would wear it during his shift to spread the joy of the season to everyone. Thank you Francis for reminding us, it’s the little things in life. #MerryMACCChristmas

Executive Director/CEO

Got Pop-Tarts? Our pantry does. We refer to the Donor as “Angel Christine” because she wants no attention for her creative idea that blessed 40 children during this year’s holiday. Her simple idea; incorporated a much-needed clothing item (pair of socks or gloves) in a fun way, using a favorite decorated breakfast treat adorned with a festive jingle bell. #DeliveringJoy

Director of Services

The overwhelming love and support during the 2021 Joy of Community Sharing Program from our community partners has grown the Grinch’s heart three sizes bigger this year. The increased need not only from community members but partners was accepted and all have received support. Wishing you and yours an extra measure of comfort, joy and hope this week. Merry Christmas!

MACC’s Community Kitchen

I had the luxury of stopping by the senior center today for their lunch service. It brought me joy being able to visit and chat with some of our locals. A few suggested items for next month’s menu, above all it was all positive feedback. As I departed the lunch room it was great seeing satisfied faces with full belly’s.

Operations Manager

This past weekend we had a group of Santa’s Elves from ECHN appear using Santa’s magic powers to write letters to all the kids that have mailed letters to Santa. Reading the children’s letters, became clear to us all that children do still believe in Santa and the North Pole, and let’s not forget Mrs. Claus and the reindeer!
