Welcome to the our weekly newsletter

The MACC Minute July 1, 2021.  We hope it will inspire you to get involved.

 News from our Food Pantry

Every day, volunteers know they are walking into organized chaos. They volunteer all different hours of the day to make calls, pack groceries, stock shelves, sort through donations and be the backbone for staff. Working together to keep the ORGANIZATION in the chaos is key. THANK YOU for ensuring our pantry families always feel their needs are met.  You rock!

Thoughtful in life and in death was a man who ate meals with us until 2007 when he started giving modest financial gifts. In 2018, his contributions stopped coming, and we received a letter from a lawyer stating he named MACC in his will for a substantial donation to the Community Kitchen. #FullCircle from guest to donor to a benefactor.

Every day allows for an opportunity to present itself. Being supportive and sympathetic when all they want is someone to listen, delivering food to a family after experiencing tragedy, or helping others navigate in this often-complex world we live in are just a few. Every day we are the opportunity you may need, and we will be there.
